Permissions and roles

You can assign users different roles based on the apps and functions they need to access in AgentX Support.

Each app supports the following roles:

• Builder: Full access to the app. Builders can create, edit, and save all elements within the app.
• Viewer: Read-only access. Viewers can see all elements in the app but can't make changes.
• Analytics: Access to usage data and reports generated by the app.
• Publisher: Permission to publish changes to AI agents and flows, including guide flows.

You can also assign the Admin role to users to grant additional site-level permissions, including:

• Adding and managing users and their roles
• Connecting third-party integrations
