RicherValues (opens new window) is a comprehensive property valuation and inspection platform that provides automated valuation models (AVM), property evaluations, and inspection services for real estate professionals, lenders, and investors. The platform streamlines the property assessment process through digital ordering and reporting systems.

API ACCESS REQUIRED

You must have an active RicherValues account with API access to connect to RicherValues in Workato. Contact your RicherValues administrator to ensure API access is enabled for your account. Refer to the RicherValues API documentation (opens new window) for detailed information about available endpoints and data structures.

How to connect to RicherValues on Workato

Click Create > Connection.

Search for and select RicherValues as your connection on the New Connection page.

Provide a unique name for your connection in the Connection name field.

Select the Location of the folder to save your connection.

Enter the Username for your RicherValues account.
