The program provides a clear referral path and contract incentives when your customers choose Workato as their orchestration platform. You can earn 10% of your customer's first-year ARR as credit toward your Embed contract for the full duration of their Workato contract.

How it works

You can engage in the following ways to participate in the program and unlock its full benefits:

• Embed Workato: Integrate Workato's platform into your product using an <iframe>, branded redirect, or managed integration model.
• Refer leads: Identify customers with advanced automation needs and refer them to Workato through the Allbound Partner Portal or your personalized UTM link.
• Earn rewards: Receive 10% of your customer's first-year ARR as credit toward your Embed contract for each successful referral.
• Collaborate for success: Partner with Workato's team to qualify leads, streamline onboarding, and drive mutual growth.

Recipe compliance

Recipe compliance checks ensure operational alignment and give you full control of how, when, and where customers transition to enterprise automation. Workato enforces in-app compliance checks when customers start or test a recipe. These checks confirm that each recipe interacts only with your application and stays within scope. Workato flags recipes if a customer adds third-party systems and prompts the customer to restore compliance.

Ensure your workspace includes the following configurations to support this routing experience:

• Partner apps: Define all custom connectors that represent your product so Workato can detect and surface your app correctly in all customer recipes.
• Referral link: Use the default Embed Demo Request (opens new window) page, or configure your own referral destination to direct users to Workato's orchestration platform when compliance rules trigger.

This setup ensures operational alignment and gives you full control over when, where, and how customers transition to enterprise automation.
