Self-service (Workato Free and Workato Pro) pricing

Self-service (Workato Free and Workato Pro) lets you sign up for Workato without talking to a sales representative. You can adopt Workato and start building applications by signing up online. Sign up for a Workato Free or Pro plan to access Orchestrate and AI/Agentic capabilities across Orchestrate and AI/Agentic. Self-service offers a credit-based monthly plan paid directly to Workato using a credit card.

Pricing

Self-service pricing is based on credits. Workato Free comes with a set credit limit at no cost. Workato Pro offers a higher credit limit with several pricing options to choose from. Both plans give you access to the same platform capabilities.

Credit limits

Workato Free and Workato Pro both have credit limits. Workato Free includes a one-time credit grant of 50,000 credits. Workato Pro includes recurring monthly credits, with the option to purchase add-ons. You can select recurring credits from 2,500 credits, up to 50,000 credits per month.

NO CREDIT ROLLOVER

Unused Workato Pro credits expire at the end of the billing month and don't roll over.

A credit is the unit used to measure usage across the platform. Each feature measures and applies credits differently. Credits apply to Workato Tasks, API Calls, Rows Processed, and Genie Actions. Refer to Understanding usage for product capabilities for more information about how usage is measured in Workato.

You select your monthly credit limit at signup.
