# Intercom - New user trigger

The New user trigger activates when a new user is created in Intercom. This trigger initially retrieves users created up to one hour before its activation. It then continues to check for new users based on the trigger poll interval.

Indicates whether the user has unsubscribed from emails.
Marked email as spam
Indicates whether the user has marked email as spam.
Has hard bounced
Indicates whether the user's email has hard bounced.
Do not track
Indicates whether the user has enabled do not track.
Referrer
The referrer URL if the user was referred.
Last Seen IP
The last seen IP address of the user.
User Agent Data
Information about the user's browser and device.

The UTM campaign parameter, if any, associated with the user.
