# View conversations
You can view all conversations that customers have had with your AI agent. This includes the full sequence of events and messages exchanged during each interaction.
You can access conversation history by selecting Conversations in the sidebar.
Conversation details view
The conversation view allows you to:
- Search and filter past conversations
- View tags associated with each session. For example, if the conversation was a guide interaction.
- See metadata about the user, such as:
- Browser and browser version
- IP address and locale
- Conversation ID
- Rating (if the user rated the experience)
- View the full message transcript
- Inspect the context available to the AI agent during the conversation
# Filter conversations
You can filter conversations by various properties to analyze trends or troubleshoot specific sessions. These properties include:
- Conversation ID
- CSAT Rating
- Locale
- User IP
- Mobile
- Page Path
- Hostname
- Referrer
- Country Code
- Key Value Pair
- Visitor Type
- Tags
- Topic
- Date range
