Workato measures Workflow app usage based on the number of Workflow app seats purchased. These seats are assigned to end-users of Workflow applications.

Workflow app usage follows a tiered pricing model. The cost per seat decreases as the number of seats increases.

Additionally, any recipe used by a Workflow app is considered billable and contributes to the overall usage. These recipes follow the usage calculation rules described in our workflow (recipes) and API recipes pricing documentation.
