Customize login experience
You can customize the login experience for your end users by configuring your organization's branding and colors. These settings apply to the Workato Identity login page, authorization page, and browser tabs.
To access these settings, go to Workspace admin > Access control > Login experience.
Default login experience settings
Branding
| Field | Description |

| Logo | Upload a logo to display on the login and authorization pages. Accepts PNG or SVG files up to 5 MB. |
| Favicon | Upload an icon to display in browser tabs. Accepts ICO or PNG files up to 1 MB. A 32×32 px image is recommended. |
| App name | Enter a name to display on the login page, authorization page, and browser tabs. |
| Login form footer | Enter text to display at the bottom of the login form. Supports rich text, including links, headings, and lists. Use this for help docs, support contact, or sign-in instructions. |
| Google Fonts URL | Enter a Google Fonts CSS URL to apply a custom font across the login and authorization pages. |

| Brand color | #108291 | Applied to buttons on the login and authorization modal. |
| Primary text color | #373D47 | Applied to headings and body text within the login and authorization modal. |
| Secondary text color | #FFFFFF | Applied on top of the brand color for contrast, such as button labels. |
Enter a hex code directly or click the color swatch to use the color picker.
