Billing and Usage dashboard ​

The Billing and Usage dashboard provides an overview of your credit utilization. It includes a breakdown of credit spend by product category.

You must have the Admin system role to access this dashboard.

Billing ​

This section of the dashboard contains metrics that help you understand workspace usage. It contains the following visualizations:

• Overview: This section contains a high-level overview of the amount of credit purchased, credit spent, billing period details, and credit usage over time.
• Credit usage by type: This donut chart provides a high-level overview of the amount of credits you've spent on each Workato capability.
• Credit usage breakdown: This section of the dashboard provides a detailed account of credit utilization over time and includes breakdowns for each product capability.
• Usage by workspace: Only available in AHQ workspaces. This section of the dashboard contains a table with an overview of the total credit usage for each of your managed workspaces.

Customers ​

The Customers tab is only available in Workato Embedded. It reports usage at the individual end customer workspace level. Usage in this view is always reported against the End Customer's billing period.

Plan details ​

The Plan details tab provides information about your current billing cycle, renewal date, and platform plan. You can view the features included in your plan and any additional capacity purchased.
