# Intercom - Update users action
The Update action allows you to update a user record in Intercom based on the user ID or internal Intercom ID you specify.

Input the unique identifier for the user you plan to update in Intercom.
Name
Enter the user's full name.
Email
Provide the user's email address.
Unsubscribed from emails
Select from the list to set the user's email subscription status.
Intercom ID of company
Specify the Intercom identifier for the associated company.
Company ID
Input the unique company identifier.
Company name
Enter the name of the company.
Company monthly spend
Provide the monthly spend amount for the company.

- The timestamp of when the user's information was last updated.
- Unsubscribed from emails
- Indicates whether the user has unsubscribed from emails.
- Marked email as spam
- Indicates whether the user has marked an email as spam.
- Has hard bounced
- Indicates whether an email sent to the user has hard bounced.
- Do not track
- Indicates whether the user has enabled do not track.
- Referrer
- The URL of the referrer through which the user was acquired, if applicable.
- Last Seen IP
- The last known IP address of the user.

- Details about the user's browser and operating system.
