Edit or remove a workspace moderator

To edit a workspace moderator:

Navigate to the Workspace moderators interface.

Click the more icon.

Edit or remove a workspace moderator

Select Edit workspace moderator.

Choose a new role for the moderator. You can also assign them to different workspaces.

Click Save.

Remove this user from the list of workspace moderators to revoke access to all of your workspaces.

Select Remove workspace moderator.

Remove workspace moderator

When you remove a workspace moderator, Workato prevents them from accessing your workspaces in the future. Workato preserves all of the work they completed in your workspaces.
