Set your preferences

You can customize your setting preferences within Workato GO. This enables you to select a theme and configure your privacy settings.

Choose a theme

Complete the following steps to choose a theme:

Go to your Workato GO account.

Click your profile icon in the side navigation bar. The Preferences page displays automatically.

Locate the Theme section and select the theme radio button you plan to use. Options are Light theme, Dark theme, and Sync with device.

Configure your privacy settings

Complete the following steps to configure your privacy settings:

Go to your Workato GO account.

Click your profile icon in the side navigation bar. The Preferences page displays automatically.

Locate the Privacy section.

Click the Allow Chat history to be saved up to 30 days toggle to enable your chat history to be saved for up to 30 days. This setting is disabled by default.
