# Inviting And Managing Team Collaborators
NOTE
To perform the tasks in this guide, you'll need:
- The Team Owner or Admin system role, or
- The Team privilege
Ready to bring other team members into Workato? With Workato Teams, you can easily invite, manage, and delete collaborators as needed.

To invite a new collaborator to your team:
In your Workato account, navigate to Workspace access > Collaborators (opens new window).
Click Invite Collaborator in the top-right corner of the page.
Enter the full name and email of the collaborator.
Using the Role menu, select the role you want to assign to the collaborator.
Click Send invitation.
If the user is already a Workato user, they'll be prompted to sign in and accept the team invite.
New users will be prompted to sign up for an account.
# Changing A Collaborator's Role
USING ENVIRONMENTS?
If using the Environments feature, ensure that you understand how to manage team roles in environments before changing a collaborator's role.
To change an existing collaborator's role:
In your Workato account, navigate to Workspace access > Collaborators. (opens new window)
Click on the collaborator you want to modify. This will open the Edit collaborator page.
Use the Role dropdown to select the new role.
Click Update.
# Deleting Collaborators
If someone has left your organization or no longer requires access to Workato, you can delete the collaborator from the team.
Note: Deleting a collaborator doesn't delete the work done by the collaborator.
To delete a collaborator:
In your Workato account, navigate to Workspace access > Collaborators. (opens new window)
Click Delete collaborator in the top-right corner of the page.
When prompted, click Delete to confirm the deletion.
