Scheduled maintenance

Workato is scheduled to conduct maintenance on its US-based infrastructure to uphold the ongoing performance, reliability, and security of our products. During these maintenance activities, the platform will temporarily enter a maintenance mode. However, no data loss is anticipated.

Maintenance will occur on the following dates:

• Start time: 06:00 AM UTC
• End time: 08:00 AM UTC

March 16th 2024

• Start time: 06:00 AM UTC
• End time: 08:00 AM UTC

March 23rd 2024

• Start time: 06:00 AM UTC
• End time: 08:00 AM UTC

March 30th 2024

• Start time: 06:00 AM UTC
• End time: 08:00 AM UTC

Summary of impact

The following is a summary of the impact on different product areas during all maintenance windows:

• Workato web UI (user interface): The Workato web UI will be put into maintenance mode and will not be available for up to five (5) minutes during the maintenance window.

• API Platform (APIM): APIM endpoints will remain operational during maintenance. However, you can expect a one-time processing delay of up to three (3) minutes. Jobs with custom timeouts under three (3) minutes may fail.

• Job processing: All jobs, other than APIM, will experience a one-time delay of up to 15 minutes.

• Webhook endpoints: Webhook endpoints will experience a one-time delay of up to 15 minutes.

• Workbot: Workbot requests will respond with HTTP 50X errors for three (3) minutes during the maintenance window.

• Embedded APIs and Developer APIs: Embedded APIs and Developer APIs will be disabled and respond with a 503 status for less than one (1) minute.

• Community connectors and recipes: Community connectors and recipes will be disabled and respond with a 503 status for less than one (1) minute.
