Email notifications

Workato sends app-users email notifications about the following events related to tasks:

• When a task is assigned

• The user who made the request and the assignees are notified.

• When a task is completed (approved/rejected)

• The user who made the request and the assignee(s), except the user who completed the task, receive a notification.

• When a task expires

• The user who made the request and the assignee(s) receive a notification.

Disable notifications

Email notifications are enabled by default. App-users can disable notifications in User profile > Notifications.
