Getting started

To get started with Workato's AI features, you must meet the following requirements:

• Your company has signed and agreed to Workato's AI feature addendum through DocuSign.
• You are assigned the Admin (system role) in your workspace.

PERMISSIONS

Workato's AI features do not have granular permission settings. When you enable them in your workspace, all collaborators within your workspace can access them, regardless of their role.

Copilots

Workato's Copilots use AI to assist with various tasks in recipe building, optimization, and documentation. Each Copilot is specialized to streamline specific tasks and improve efficiency.

AI by Workato

Developed in collaboration with OpenAI, AI by Workato supports various AI-powered actions such as text analysis, categorization, email drafting, parsing, and translation. It enables you to implement AI capabilities without creating or fine-tuning prompts yourself.
